We were unsure, scared, and didn't know what we were looking for. Mary helped us find our forever home. She guided us with compassion, patience, and expertise. She found out what we were looking for in a home and showed us probably 50 or 60 homes. She never gave up, she never gave in and she never told us we were taking up too much of her time. From Friday nights to Sunday mornings, sometimes spending the whole day with us, Mary found us the most beautiful forever home. Then after we found our home she made the closing process so easy and so much fun... I told her jokingly, I was going to buy her a shirt that said she survived the Gordy's. I think if you are going to buy or sell a home, Mary Harper is the agent for you. There isn't anyone better. We love her and would tell anyone to use her as their agent.

Mary was recommended to us as we were relocating from NC to FL Our circumstances were such that we needed to move quickly to coordinate selling and closing in NC with the buying and closing in FL. We began working with Mary in November, meeting in person for the first time after Thanksgiving, and closed between Christmas and New Year. This couldn't have happened had Mary not quickly understood our targets, quickly identified properties that met our targets, and then diligently managed the details until we closed. She was very responsive whenever we had questions or needed help with 3rd parties as we were closing and offered good recommendations on various providers.
